As for training, Kim has tried all the techniques, putting special emphasis on aerobic exercise, since she has a tendency to gain weight. As for food, she follows the Atkins diet, based on protein consumption. Although now, she is allowed to eat other types of food to have a more varied diet and not to get bored. The reality superstar has healthy habits like not smoking, not drinking alcohol and never having tried drugs.
